Finished salad, served as a side dish. |
1. Gearcheck
- a big bowl
- knife to cut the iceberg lettuce
- grater for the cucumber (cutting it with a knife is too cumbersome)
- tumbler / drinking glas and tablespoon for the dressing
2. Farming Materials
The amount of ingredients really depends on how hungry you are because it can´t be stored for a very long time. |
- Cucumber
- Iceberg lettuce
- Field salad
- Rapeseed oil
- Blend of spices, here: Knorr Krönung Dressing with Dill
Paid addons:
- Tomatoes
- Corn
3. Walkthrough
We will only need a quarter of the whole iceberg lettuce. But first peel away the upper layer of leaves because they are usually dirty and worn out. If the inner leaves still look dirty, you will have to wash the leaves for the salad. If it looks good, cut it into quarters and put 3 quarters back into the fridge.
One quarter of the iceberg lettuce is cut into pieces and added to the salad bowl.
Check if the field salat needs to be washed and do it if neccessary. Without further preparation the field salad is thrown into the salad bowl.
Place the grater above the salad bowl and grate the cucumber as much as you like.
Optional: Add corn, cut tomatoes into pieces and add.
Now we need to prepare the dressing. Place the content of the blend of spices in a common tumbler and add 3 tablespoons of water and 3 tablespoons of rapeseed oil. Stir that stuff.
Finished dressing, green goop basically. |
